30 let OBERMEYER HELIKA

1.12.2020

In November, we celebrated 30 years since the company was founded. During that time, the company has grown into one of the largest architectural and design offices in the country. We have implemented hundreds of projects, which in many cases, belong to the most important buildings in our country (O2 Arena, New Theater in Pilsen, Quadrio shopping centers, Černý Most and Chodov shopping centre, etc.). We also participated in the construction or general reconstruction of more than 30 major medical facilities, which proved to be crucial, especially this year, when the need for medical capacity in the Czech Republic exceeded all previous ideas.

In addition to medical buildings, the portfolio of projects and buildings in which OBERMEYER HELIKA has participated during its existence includes almost all typological categories - urban studies, residential complexes, commercial and office centers, buildings for state administration, cultural institutions, church buildings, buildings for education, industrial areas and construction of transport infrastructure.

"Thanks to our experience and size, we can specialize in technically demanding large-scale projects. In addition, we also provide a comprehensive range of services in the field of design and engineering activities - from the concept of urban and architectural solutions through the preparation of project documentation to authorial and technical supervision, construction coordination and consulting, "comments Ing. Jiří Fousek, General Director of OBERMEYER HELIKA, a.s.

On the Czech and Slovak markets, OBERMEYER HELIKA is one of the leaders in 3D design and building modeling using the BIM. "We take the use of BIM and 3D technologies as our priority. Not only does it facilitate the coordination of large projects, but this year it has also proved its worth in online cooperation, ”adds Jiří Fousek.

"And what would I wish for the company's 30th anniversary? Our dream is to participate in the future project of the new Philharmonic building in Prague. And we would also like to see some interesting projects to be build that we have prepared. For example, the Královské Vinohrady Trauma Center would now make a significant contribution to improving the quality of care and the efficiency of our healthcare system, ”concludes Ing. Jiří Fousek.
