Two low-energy buildings with 47 apartments in a simple and clear technical solution. The architecture of the two high-rise buildings linked by a ground-floor section is designed in response to the area in question and also makes the most of its unusual position on the boundary between two city districts and a park with the Rokytka stream.

The purity of the shape is emphasised by the off-white colour, simply yet recognisably blending with the surrounding city; the park and the openness of the space are reflected in the free positioning of the individual windows and floating balconies, where the asymmetry is a homage to the open landscape.
