One floor storage building assigned to back up storage of components for the Škoda Parts Centrum, inclusive of the two floors administration building with the sanitary background for employees and with the operation of offices and with the meeting rooms. Is concerned to storage of original components and accessories of the personal cars Škoda for stocking of issuing locations Škoda Parts Centrum (i.e. from here is provided the distribution of the brand name original parts and of the brand name original accessories of Škoda cars). The store is designed for two-shift operation for 250 days per year, with the total number of 82 employees. The car traffic intensity in respect of the proposed store is supposed in both working shifts to 10 car units. The cars waiting area is designed in the entry area in number of 3 parking lots.

The storage hall is situated in the area of the production service zone Mladá Boleslav. The size of store and its location on the plot was influenced by necessity to keep the requirements on the size of storage area in the hall. The layout is adapted to the operational requirements, to the shape of the plot and to connection with the access roads. The building shape is characterized by the industrial and technological function of the building and by placing into eastern part of the industrial zone of the city. The design of store extends from the urbanistic point of view this territory and architecturally co-creates the industrial architecture in the area.
