Five-storey apartment building with 51 flats. The first floor has spaces for eight separate administrative units. The two underground floors will create spaces for collective garages, warehouses and technical facilities of the building.
Designing Gemma was carried out using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, which was first compiled by the BIM Execution Plan (BIM), ie the BIM specification protocol, defining the particular form of the data model and the basic project parameters. The design team also took advantage of the two latest tools, the SNIM (Common Non-Graphic Model Information) and the Temporary Transfer Class, which developed a special working group working within the BIM Expert Board.
