The seven-storey UNIQ “Staromestska” building combines traditional quality, modern architecture and a representative location. The modern building provides 7565 m2 of office space, 917 m2 of retail space and 138 parking spaces. We have carried out project management, supervising, technical supervision of the investor and cost management of fittings of business premises of six different tenants. .
