The construction of the administration building, together with a new commercial and entertainment centre in the close vicinity of the multi-functional O2 (Sazka) Arena, will complete the project for rehabilitation of this municipal area, transforming it into an area whose importance extends far outside the limits of the capital city. Adding the sports, cultural, commercial and administrative functions to the newly built residential area will complete the vision of architects and urban planners to create a new, living municipal area in what was previously largely industrial area. The new administration building will be implemented using the latest international standards of administration. Compliance with all requirements of health, safety and building regulations will result in a model building of this type. The work on this project gave Helika’s architects and designers a great opportunity to work jointly with an internationally recognised architectural practice. Working to international standards, using all available means of electronic communication and the constant contact between the two architectural teams were the main characteristics of the successful cooperation on this exceptional project.
