Revitalization of the area above the National Avenue underground station was designed to expand the capacity of commercial and office space, offer luxurious residential addresses and bring a new quality of public space to one of the busiest sites in the capital.
This multifunctional development project is a set of six interconnected buildings. The internal parter provides a place for a covered passage connecting Spálená and Charvátova streets. Part of the proposal was also designing a square in which there would be a rest area with greenery, benches and garden restaurants. Underground parking with 250 parking lots is available for residents and employees .
