The stud farm in Kladruby nad Labem is a unique historical monument comprised of a cluster of buildings incorporated into the surrounding cultural countryside. The project involves the immediate necessity of restoring 17 buildings and three small outdoor facilities. The objective of the building alterations was to restore the original classicist appearance of the buildings, improve the quality of the stud farm’s environment and enhance the standard of technical public services. Thus, in the existing stables it was also necessary to implement technical construction changes and measures in order to remove the “stable environment fatigue”, which has a direct impact on the quality of the stud farm’s herd. The renovation and repairs to the existing stud farm building will take place while the complex remains in operation.
