OBERMEYER HELIKA a.s., a member of the German OBERMEYER group, has acquired a 100% business share in the leading Czech design company CASUA s.r.o. It became the largest architectural design office on the Czech market. Both companies will continue to use their existing names and cooperation between them will be coordinated at the level of company management.
We are proud to have completed the ČSOB HHQ project in Hradec Králové. This is the greenest building in the Czech Republic – LEED Platinum (New Construction) certification, geothermal energy from more than 100 approximately 200 m deep energy wells is used as a source of heat and cold. The total preparation and implementation time is more than 6 years. During the preparation and implementation of the construction of the Regional Headquarters in Hradec Králové, we provided the services of a construction manager, quality management and cost control, technical supervision of the investor and LEED commissioning agent.
The new ČSOB building in Hradec Králové situated next to the Elbe. An interesting feature of the first stage was the foundation of the building at a depth of about 4.5 m below the groundwater level.
