In the position of general designer and author’s supervision, we successfully completed our activities on the public benefit construction of the P + R parking house in Prague’s Černý Most. The four-storey parking house in Chlumecká Street will offer up to 886 parking spaces, including 89 parking spaces for LPG / CNG vehicles. There are also charging stations for electric cars, parking for motorcyclists and stands for bicycles. The parking house has been supplemented by a city-wide P + R system and alleviates the lack of parking spaces in this locality. The investor of the project is the City Hall. of the City of Prague – Investment Department, the amount of the investment is CZK 525 million excluding VAT.
