As the general designer, we have currently submitted the documentation for the change of the zoning decision and for the building permit.

Former industrial zone Radlice in Prague 5 is developing. It is transformed into a modern multifunctional zone with mainly residential use. The newly designed residential building called Semerínka will offer 170 apartments and 216 parking spaces. The investor, Semerínka s.r.o., plans to start construction next year. The estimated construction time is 27 months.

The Semerínka residential house impresses with its modern appearance, which fits perfectly into the location. Its visual appearance was designed by architect David Chmelař (Chmelař architects). The solitary building is solved by four connected blocks of different heights, which sensitively copy the terrain, while the built-up area of the building is 4300 m2. The height of the first block determines the default height of the object, each subsequent block is slightly higher and shorter. The result is the fact that the blocks do not shade each other and offer an unobstructed view of Prague and the surrounding greenery. A common two-story basement and courtyards will provide space for inspiring micro-worlds, future residents will find both a community garden and facilities for families with children.

The chief engineer of the project, Libor Stránský from the Obermeyer Helika, talks about the project: „This project combines interesting architecture with high quality execution. We are designing the building with the future in mind, so it meets all upcoming legislative and standard requirements in the fire protection for the parking of electric cars and other cars with an alternative drive in advance of their effectiveness. The fact that the entire project is created in 3D will ensure a higher degree of coordination of the activities of all suppliers.
