Two years in 10 minutes
This new five-storey building will provide modern facilities for the Children’s Ward as well as for the Gynaecology & Obstetric and Neurological departments. The building is connected primarily with inpatient hospital operations using the central connecting corridors of the building on the three above-ground floor levels. The project is designed as a passive building using BIM. OBERMEYER HELIKA is the lead construction designer, overseeing all stages and sections of the project, including concept architecture, structural engineering and MEP design.

The ČSOB building in Hradec Králové won two Best of Realty 2022 awards. 1st place in the category OPffice buildings and Environmental project of the year.

We worked on the project as construction manager, quality control and cost control, LEED Commissioning and technical supervision of the investor.

The Vivus Kolbenova residential complex is built in Prague 9 Vysočany, close to the Kolbenova underground station. The first stage is currently completed, which includes two eight-story buildings E1 and E2, connected by a common two-story basement. The successful approval of buildings E1 and E2 is followed by the next stage of the construction of two apartment buildings D1 and D2. Obermeyer Helika, a design and construction-consulting office, provides consulting, technical support and engineering activities in addition to design work.

„We have been working on the project since 2017 as a complex supplier. First of all, our Project Management Division provided the complete engineering of the project, i.e. the submission and discussion of documentation at all relevant authorities and obtained the agreement for the zoning decision,“ says Ing. Jiří Fousek, CEO of Obermeyer Helika. „We also dealt with the development of documentation for a building permit and for the execution of construction on part of the area – namely for apartment buildings E, D and C. We are currently performing author’s supervision on building D,“ adds Ing. Jiří Fousek.
