Last week, an internal BIM Tech Day workshop was held where Obermeyer Helika subsidiaries exchanged information and experiences. The event focused on sharing standards, innovations and best practices in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
The two-day workshop consisted of:
Analysis of the current state in terms of BIM and modern technologies. Followed with presentations of the most insteresting projects that demonstrated successful examples from the field. Important part of the workshop were discussions during which participants exchanged experiences and looked for opportunities to improve their own projects, as well as discussing the strategic development of the entire company
The BIM Tech Day provided valuable knowledge and skills, set a roadmap for the future and strengthened collaboration between the various Obermeyer Helika subsidiaries. We thank all participants, including Casua, and hope to repeat the event in the future.
How did the Obermeyer Group’s soccer power measurements turn out?
At the weekend, our team went to Leipzig together with the team from Bratislava and Karlín to the big soccer tournament of the Obermeyer Group. After weeks of training, the players finally got to see how well they were doing on the field. They fought like lions and were clearly the best of our three teams. As in previous years, they defended their excellent 5th place in the overall Obermeyer Group ranking.
Thanks to all the players 🤝 for a great game. It was a good opportunity to meet and get to know each other better with other colleagues from other branches. Looking forward to next year’s event.
At the weekend our teams met again after a year at a traditional company event, this time near Žďár nad Sázavou. This event was attended by colleagues from our offices in Letňany, Brno, Bratislava and Casua from Karlín.
During this great weekend we had the opportunity to participate in interesting activities. The different work teams mixed and mingled and tried out different activities to get to know each other and try out working with other colleagues.
Sports activities were the main focus of the programme: netball, tennis, football, plus relaxing in the swimming pool and a tour of the church on Green Mountain. This architectural gem impressed us with its history and unique beauty.
In the evening the program continued with an informal party with dancing until the early hours of the morning.
The Erich Sázava Resort provided the perfect setting for our event. The quiet and peaceful place surrounded by greenery was perfect for our needs. The resort offered a spacious restaurant with a terrace and delicious food, a quiet accommodation area and separate houses that were used by the different teams. We were looked after by helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay, which contributed to an overall positive experience.
