This ambitious project includes the construction of six buildings, which will be gradually implemented in several phases. A park with water features is also proposed in the central part of the area.

Within the first stage, building C was completed, which will offer 245 modern flats spread over four to seven floors and 11 non-residential spaces oriented towards Kolbenova Street. The apartments are designed for maximum comfort and tranquility, with the courtyard facing the park. The project documentation for the construction was prepared by a team led by Ing. Jaroslav Němeček from Obermeyer Helika, who also supervised the construction. Building C meets the highest energy performance standards of class A. The architectural design of the building comes from ABM Architekti s.r.o. The developer is CPI Property Group.

Kolben Park is a very interesting project for us and we are proud to be part of it. Our structural engineering division is also involved in the preparation of the next phase of Building B, which is awaiting planning permission. It is being prepared again in cooperation with ABM Architects s.r.o. This cooperation allows us to ensure conceptual continuity in terms of structural engineering in all phases of the project documentation. I would also like to mention one technical interest of the building, which is the application of anti-vibration measures at the transition between the basement and the above-ground part. Its purpose is to protect the building from vibrations from the nearby metro and tram lines,“ said Ing. Jaroslav Němeček, project manager from Obermeyer Helika, adds: „Noise and vibration from traffic are unfortunately a common problem in cities. Their negative impact on the comfort and health of residents is undeniable. That’s why we envisaged the application of an anti-vibration solution at the very beginning of the design process, to ensure that future residents will have a better, comfortable and undisturbed living experience, regardless of the fact that they are still in the city.“

The Kolben Park project also includes outdoor infrastructure, including the creation of new streets. Facing Kolbenova Street, the building will have a commercial ground floor offering various services, cafes and shops. Future residents can look forward to full amenities and excellent transport accessibility. In addition, nature will be literally at their fingertips, as a park with water features, a central promenade and a wide range of recreational, sporting and entertainment facilities will be created within the site.
