Three apartment buildings with seven to nine floors above ground offer over 100 apartments. Common underground floors will be used for parking, technical rooms and tenants’ cellars. There will be several commercial units on the ground floor. The façade with wooden slats will serve as a protection
against overheating. Within the project, the greenery will also be modified and the houses will be integrated into the publicly accessible areas in the surroundings, and the piped Brusnice stream in the area will be revitalized.
