An office building with a capacity of around 1,000 staff, the regional branch of a bank, a kitchen and canteen, a café, a centre for children, around 700 sqm of space to be leased, and 300 underground parking spaces.
The greenest building in the Czech Republic - LEED Platinum (New Construction) certification; geothermal energy from more than 100 energy boreholes of around 200 metres in depth is used as a source of heating and cooling. More than 6 years were required for preparation and execution. We provided a full service, from initial concepts to execution, technical supervision, and cost management included.
Collaboration on the specification of the investment plan, the selection of a concept, the selection of Contractors, the compilation of project documentation from study to implementation project stage, the building and handover of the structure.
