An office building on a complicated plot of land by the exit from the tunnels in Smíchov and at the site of an underground pipe enclosing Motolsky stream.
Complete project management, from coordination of the project designer, to construction of the office building. The building offers nine floors above ground with more than 7,000 m2 of office space and three underground floors with 85 parking spaces. The building was awarded the second highest BREEAM rating.
