The multifunctional centre with shops, administration, restaurants, a cinema and a multifunctional hall will be built on the grounds of the former distillery in Pardubice near the railway station. The location is on the edge of the wider city centre and together with the station creates a gateway to the city. The building has two underground and seven aboveground floors. The building will feature a green facade and roof vegetation, which will be irrigated with rainwater accumulated in a storage tank. The leasable area is roughly 50,000 m2.
