The multifunctional building with a 16-storey tower will enrich the urban fabric of the former Náměstí Práce and contribute to its architectural coherence, drawing inspiration from the functionalist era of Tomáš Baťa. Once completed, Prospect will offer modern office spaces, fully equipped rental apartments (1-bedroom and studio units, a total of 56 residential units), a three-star business hotel (76 guest rooms), and a publicly accessible rooftop viewing terrace. The tower itself will feature a double-skin façade, providing a distinctive architectural character and panoramic views of the Moravian metropolis.
