The new town hall building brings together seven workplaces and creates savings on energy and other services and barrier-free access. The whole project, including professions, was processed using the BIM method. The online cooperation of individual participants was used on a shared model of the building during the design project. The construction part of the documentation was processed by the “package method”, where the main deliveries were in a separate folder with coloured schemes of their scope. Thanks to this method, the documentation is much clearer than with the usual processing of documentation.
