The buildings form part of Rustonka Business Centre located in Karlín Prague 8, in the area of the former Rustonka Engineering Works. These seven-and eight-storey buildings will offer high-quality flexible and comfortable administrative spaces on all floors. The ground floor is designed as a publicly accessible space with a range of cafes and restaurants, in the basement there are garages, technology and storage space. Part of the technology is also implemented on the roof of buildings. A significant part of the roof is occupied by residential terraces for employees.
We made the Rustonka 2 building not only Shell &Core, but also fitouts for the future tenant. The layout of the interior was planned for J&T Banka according to the specific requirements of the company's needs. The capacity of the offices is about 750 jobs.
To the west of the building is a space with elements of small architecture and greenery. The office buildings have been designed to meet the conditions for LEED Gold certification.
