The new hall with an administrative section expands the Škoda Parts Centre by adding capacity for reserve storage of genuine Škoda parts and accessories. The building serves as a key distribution hub within the brand’s supply chain, ensuring the regular replenishment of authorized outlets directly from the site.
The warehouse operates in a two-shift system, 250 days per year, with a daily traffic load of about ten truck units across both shifts. The building layout reflects specific operational requirements, site configuration, and links to the existing transport infrastructure.
Architecturally, the design expresses the building’s industrial and technological function, while its form and materials were chosen to integrate harmoniously into the city’s eastern industrial zone. The project thus strengthens both the functional and urban character of this developing industrial area.
