The revitalization of the former Odkolek Mills area will create a new district. The construction of residential buildings with commercial units on the ground floor will open the previously enclosed area to the public, with connections to the surrounding neighbourhood created by pedestrian corridors and green spaces.
The legacy of the industrial past is preserved in the new district by placing residential buildings along the axis of the current complex and creating new squares from industrial courtyards.
