The new buildings Mechanica 1 and 2 have 7 floors, the last of which is receding. The actual design of the facade is based on the industrial past of the area, the facade racking into large formats evokes the factory halls. Opening windows with aluminum frames and insulating double glazing are placed directly into the reinforced concrete structure. There are fitted masses of machine rooms with aluminum lamellas on the roof.
The layout of buildings is characterized by a high degree of flexibility in order to satisfy the widest range of future tenants' requirements for floor layouts. Two vertical communication cores with integrated toilets and installation shafts serve the building. On the ground floor there is always one central entrance hall directly connected to the lifts.
