The new magnetic resonance extension at Pelhřimov Hospital is a specific medical building that will enable the creation of a new workplace. It will build on the existing imaging department, which is located in the hospital’s main inpatient building. The new extension will include an MR examination room, a control room and a technical room. The entire 1.5 Tesla magnetic resonance device with all its components is located in the new extension. The MR facility is located in an existing building. Closed-loop technology for the cooling water circuit of the device will be installed outdoors. The construction work is being carried out while the hospital is still running.
