APARTMENT HOUSE KOLBENOVA PARK

The first stage of the Kolben Park project will offer 245 apartments in the four- to seven-storey energy-efficient apartment building C. The project also includes structural engineering, including reinforcement drawings, and external infrastructure, including the establishment of new streets. A team of structural engineers is also working on the design of apartment building B, which will ensure the conceptual continuity of both buildings from the structural point of view.  The application of anti-vibration measures at the transition between the basement and the above-ground part is undoubtedly a technical highlight.
