Revitalization of the space above the underground station National Avenue was designed to expand the capacity of commercial and office space, to offer a luxurious residential addresses and to bring a new quality of public space in one of the busiest sites of the capital. The existence of historic underground cellars and the metro station meant that some technically interesting and challenging solutions were required on the project, such as the use of full-floor height lattice trusses allowing the building to cantilever and project into Spálená Street, or the protection of the surrounding residential buildings against ground vibration transmissions.
Multifunctional development project is a set of six interconnected buildings. The complex offers offices, commercial retail space and a separate apartment house for discerning clientele. Inside parter provides a place for a covered passage connecting the street Spálená and Charvátova. Part of the proposal was also design the square on whose surface was a rest area with greenery, benches and garden restaurants. For residents is available underground parking with 250 parking lots.
