Completion of a city block in the location of Palmovka bus station. An apartment building with commercial amenities that fills the gap of absent city blocks. This multi-purpose building on the common base of a two-storey basement is home to 380 apartments, shops and services on the ground floor, and 400 parking spaces.
The massing of the building draws on the urban relations of the surrounding development. The overground massing has varying storeys by section, from 4 to 10 overground storeys. The massing is divided by a north-south public arcade that runs into the concourse of the Metro station, creating open inner courtyards. The area will undergo revitalisation and cultivation and greenery will be planted.
