The new Red Court office building is designed as a part of the RUSTONKA complex. The proposed building has a square floor plan, three underground and eight aboveground floors with a raised attic and is designed as a stand-alone building, with facades exposed on all four sides. The basement holds a parking lot, warehouses and the building’s technological equipment.
The layout of the building is characterised by a high degree of flexibility so as to satisfy the widest possible range of requirements of future tenants for floor plans. The operations of the office building, retail and services are separated and function independently of each other. The building strives to obtain the LEED Gold certificate.
