The public benefit construction of a P + R type parking garage provides up to 880 parking spaces and is built on the site of the former aboveground car park in Chlumecká Street.
The building is based on a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton, into which insulated installations with technical equipment are inserted. The facade is partially covered with greenery to improve the environment and enhance the surroundings of the main road. The four-storey building is divided longitudinally by a central ventilation and translucent shaft, where the individual half-floors are shifted in height (8 half-floors).
The publicly beneficial building of the P + R (park and ride) car park is built on the site of the existing ground car park and increases the parking capacity to 880 parking spaces. It is included in the city system of P + R.
