Award of the Ministry of Industry and Trade 2023 for exemplary brownfield reconstruction
The project of reconstruction of the former Czech Brewery Světovar in Pilsen, which is included amongst cultural herritage buildings. It is one of the oldest reinforced concrete skeletons that has been fully reconstructed. The project also includes a 10 m deep test water reservoir.
The reconstructed building will be used as the Dronet Technology Park, which aims to attract companies to Pilsen engaged in the field of development and production of drones and the development of applications connected with their use in practice. Part of the project is the reconstruction of an administrative villa, an additional building of the former brewery, which will be used as offices, workshops and facilities for employees.
We also focused on the restoration of an additional building of the former brewery, which will be used for offices, warehouses and facilities for employees. It will also offer space for a children's group for up to 24 children, or possibly a kindergarten.
