The Vivus Kolbenova residential development, which will include both multifunctional and residential buildings, will be built in close proximity to the Kolbenova metro station on 3.2 hectares of land in the former industrial area in Prague 9 - Vysočany. Our role in this project sees us acting as Lead Construction Designers for 650 apartments in Building C, D, E, including production of construction documentation, obtaining of permits, consultancy works and infrastructure design.
